Langtang National park is first national park in Nepal. It is 130 km far from the north of Kathmandu valley. It is the nearest trekking destination from the Kathmandu valley, close to the border with Tibet. It is the ancient trade route through the mountain between Ganesh and Langtang Himal to Kerong in Tibet. It is also called the valley of glacier trek. Visit to the area is an opportunity explore with natural beauty, local Tibetan villages, Buddhist monasteries, life style, culture of the tamang ethnicity and Flora and fauna.
After way back from langtang valley we will reach high altitude lakes like Gosaikunda, saraswati kunda , parbati kunda, etc. These lakes are very famous in Hindu religion in Buddhist area. Every year in august many Hindu pilgrims from all around Nepal and India visit there. It also call frozen lakes trek. Along the trekking we will reach close to 5ooom height and see Ganesh Himal, langtang himal, Tibetan border himal and Annapurna range.
